We are pleased to advise that your Association has entered the fourth financial year effective April 01, 2008.

Your fee schedule for the year (April 01, 2008 to March 31, 2009) is as follows:


Annual Maintenance Charges                                                    Rs.  6000 /- Year
Vacant plot cleaning charges                                                     Rs.  1 /- per SFT / Year.


Annual Maintenance Charges                                                    Rs.  9000 /- Year.

The above charges are payable on April 01, 2008.
In the event the payment is not made before June 30, 2008, a late payment fee @ 1% per month will be payable effective April 01, 2008.

A few property owners are yet to become members in the association. The dues for such members are attracting late payment charges and the amount is growing with passage of time.
The General Body of your association, in October 2007, has directed the Management Committee to collect annual Maintenance Charges from all property owners at Eagleton Golf Village, effective April 01, 2005, the date of formation of the Association with a late payment charge of 1% per month compounded each year. In the event of failure to do so within reasonable time, the committee was asked to request the Managing Director, Chamundeswari Build Tech. Pvt. Ltd., the promoters of the property to deduct the same from your security deposit and pay the Association. The Committee has decided to wait till June 30, 2008 and advise the promoters on July 01, 2008. To avoid any un-pleasant experience, we appeal to you to pay the charges on or before June 30, 2008.

There are 65 houses in different stages of completion in the enclave and about 50 houses in the County. There is increased interest in house construction by the members in the recent months.


Next General Body Meeting will be held in September 2008. Notice of the meeting will be sent in July 08.
